  • FYRA Engineering
  • East Central Iowa Council of Governments (ECICOG): ​Provide technical assistance and grant administration services.
  • Iowa Department of Natural Resources: Provide technical and planning assistance to watersheds and are a direct resource to watersheds for formation of watershed management authorities and capacity building.
  • The Iowa Flood Center: Provides technical hydrologic analysis and community outreach.
  • The Iowa Water Center: ​Provide data and analysis from the Daily Erosion Project as well as communication and outreach assistance.
  • University of Iowa-Hydroscience and Engineering (IIHR): Program lead for watershed projects implementation, modeling, and monitoring.
  • Iowa State University-Extension and Outreach (ISUEO): Provide assistance for outreach and communication planning, technical assistance training, and outreach materials development.
  • University of Northern Iowa-Tallgrass Prairie Center: ​Provide outreach and technical assistance for native prairie and the Prairie on Farms program. 
  • Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship: Direct resource to watersheds for assistance with implementing watershed projects.
  • United States Geological Survey (USGS): ​Provide water quality and quantity data for the entire Cedar River basin.
  • ​The Nature Conservancy/World Wildlife Fund/University of Minnesota: ​Provide data and analysis from SWAT model to help prioritize conservation efforts and effectiveness of various conservation practices.
  • Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management: Aid in outreach and education activities for public resilience programs and development of planning documents and technical assistance.​​
